The Clowance Street site

Local resident led housing company, Pembroke Estate Management Board (PEMB) have teamed up with Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) to explore the potential of building a small number of one bedroom affordable rent homes on Clowance Street.

PEMB would like to see more one bedroom homes available in Devonport as there is a shortage of this type of accommodation. As the photos below show, the homes would be modern and attractive. 

There are two options being explored as presented below. At the moment, the preference is for one bedroom houses, but the final decision will be determined by community feedback and the outcome of the site surveys.
