Welcome to the Devonport Community Led Housing website.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of this website is to share information, updates and consult the local community on an exciting new project that will help provide much needed homes in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pembroke Estate Management Board, Plymouth Community Homes<\/a> and Plymouth City Council <\/a>have joined together to explore building new homes for local people on Clowance Street in Devonport. Funded by the Community Housing Fund from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), the project is supported by the Community Led Homes Start Up Support Programme which aims to help groups of local people to develop their own community led housing solutions. More information can be found here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0new homes would be for affordable rent and managed by Pembroke EMB, a local tenant managed organisation, established over 25 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n
